  • 2oz Iron Wolf Bourbon Barrel-aged Rum
  • 1.5oz coconut water
  • 4.5oz coconut milk
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 0.5oz lime juice
  • Fresh mint or rosemary and cranberries for garnish


  1. Start by adding a handful of ice to a highball glass or glass of your choice.
  2. Pour in coconut water, simple syrup, and rum.
  3. Add in the coconut milk and lime juice, then gently stir until ingredients are combined.
  4. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary or mint for a festive flair.
