Texas Campfire
Ingredients
- 1oz Hotscotch whiskey
- 1oz Iron Wolf Select Bourbon
- 2oz peach juice
- 1oz Iron Wolf Barrel-aged Rum
- 2oz cranberry juice
- 1tsp grenadine
Instructions
- Pour grenadine into the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass to the top with ice.
- Use a cocktail shaker to combine the rum and cranberry juice.
- Pour slowly into the glass, so to not entirely mix with the grenadine at the bottom of the glass.
- Rinse the cocktail shaker and shake to combine the Hotscotch, bourbon and peach juice.
- Pour this mixture into the glass, again, do this carefully so you have a layered look: red, orange, gold.
