Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Iron Wolf Select Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3/4oz oz fresh lemon juice
  • Champagne

Instructions

  1. Mix in Iron Wolf Bourbon, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a champagne flute and top with chilled champagne.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
