Rum Brunch

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Iron Wolf barrel-aged Rum
  • 1.5 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 oz ginger ale
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add the orange juice, orange liqueur, and Rum
  2. Pour ice into shaker
  3. Shake well
  4. Pour mixture with a strainer into and ice filled glass
  5. Top with ginger ale and grenadine
  6. Garnish with 2 mint leaves
