Peach Bourbon Smash

Ingredients

  • 2oz Iron Wolf Select Bourbon
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 of a large peach, diced
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • Ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Add peaches, mint leaves and simple syrup to the bottom of a cocktail shaker & gently muddle.
  2. Add bourbon and fill shaker with ice - SHAKE!
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  4. Top with a splash of ginger beer, and garnish with a peach slice & mint leaves.
