Mistletoe Kiss

Ingredients

  • 2oz Iron Wolf Gin
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 4-5 fresh cranberries
  • 2-4 slices of pear
  • Ginger beer
  • Rosemary and cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle cranberries and pear slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
  2. Add lime juice, simple syrup, and Gin to the shaker with the muddled fruit
  3. Fill with ice - SHAKE!
  4. Once chilled, strain into a glass and top with ginger beer
  5. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary... Enjoy!
