Hotscotch Texas Sour


  • 2oz Iron Wolf Hotscotch
  • 1oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4oz maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Cabernet floater


  1. Combine Hotscotch, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white in a glass.
  2. Add ice, and shake vigorously to froth the egg whites.
  3. Double strain into a glass and top with a cabernet floater.
