Hotscotch Texas Sour
- 2oz Iron Wolf Hotscotch
- 1oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4oz maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Cabernet floater
- Combine Hotscotch, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white in a glass.
- Add ice, and shake vigorously to froth the egg whites.
- Double strain into a glass and top with a cabernet floater.
